Salary: £22,000+ p.a. DOE
Our client, a quintessential British venue based just outside of Bridport, is looking for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated chef, whether you are a Chef de Partie looking for the next step or a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. The venue uses locally sourced, quality produce to create British classics and favourites with a twist.
Key requirements for this role:
Experience of using good quality ingredients to produce popular dishes.
If you have previous experience working at Chef de Partie level or higher this could be a fantastic opportunity to continue developing as a chef and progress in your career working alongside a Head Chef, classically trained who has worked in prestigious London establishments. Previous experience of working in a gastro-pub style venue is required and previous experience in working towards AA Rosette would be advantageous but not essential.
