Service Leader – Poole
Our Client, a national registered charity providing support services across England and Scotland is currently seeking a Service Leader to cover their services based in Poole, Dorset.
As the Service Leader you will be responsible and accountable for the 24 hour management of the services of two small homes with five services users in each home, ensuring that all aspects of support is focused on meeting the individual needs.
As a commercially focused and astute individual, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ senior experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, preferably within a community setting.
The successful candidate will also have in-depth experience in the following:
• Organisation of overseeing a number of services
• Quality Assurance
• Person centred approach
• Managing finances/budgets
• Resource Management
• Performance development of staff
• Investigations and disciplinaries
It is essential for the candidate to hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care e.g. Qualified Nurse or Social Worker, NVQ 4, Diploma Level 5 or working towards.
You will be a car owner and driving license holder.
