As the Registered Care Manager, you have responsibility for managing a home based in New Milton. As part of the management team you will have responsibility for ensuring that the home operates successfully ensuring the best possible care is provided.

Key Responsibilities as a Registered Care Manager:
• Management experience in the industry (min 2 years)
• NVQ Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Both strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving approach to enable issues to be resolved efficiently
• Implement quality management and improvement systems. Effectively manage complaints and incidents. Carry out investigations relating to the quality of the service and use findings to make improvements.

Our Client is looking for a Registered Care Manager to join there nursing home based in New Milton.
• Enhanced DBS check paid for
• 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
• Understanding of CQC essential standards and their impact in care management and practice.

My Client has a 22 bedroom home, which all offer en-suite facilities based in the New Milton Area. A very open space home specialises in dementia ages 65 and over. If you have experience within elderly care home management, you will have a strong knowledge of CQC/Governance regulations, managing budgets, liaising with external professional parties and of course, ensuring the continued success and full occupancy of the home.
