Salary: £19,000 p.a. + bonus

Our client, a fantastic modern food venue based in central Southampton, are looking for a Kitchen Manager / Chef to join the kitchen brigade. This venue is situated in a great location and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with covers averaging 40 so the successful application will be involved in cooking as well as managing the brigade.

For this position, my client is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager / Chef with experience as a chef in a busy venue working with a small, hard working team. The position is based on 5 days of work with a 48hr contract.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the kitchen including but not limited to the day to day management of the kitchen including stock control, menu planning, G.P’s and rota’s.
