What’s on offer? – German speaking Customer Service Advisor in Bournemouth

• Location: Bournemouth
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week in the hours of 8:30am till 5:30pm
• Salary: £19,767.60 rising to £20,767.00

Responsibilities – German speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Bournemouth

• Support the Customers with all aspects of the ordering process
• Giving a high level of customer service at all times
• Dealing with issues and resolving them to the best of your ability
• Working as a team to support each other with support and problems
• Corresponding with customers over the phone and on email

• Patience and can show empathy when liaising with customers
• Team player and can worth with colleagues supporting them with any advice which is needed
