General Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum + bonus

Our client, a gastro-pub based near Ringwood, Hampshire on the edge of the New Forest are looking for a General Manager to join their team. This is a traditional venue which has recently had some investment to modernise the property and expand it’s offering to meet the increasing demand. The focus is on a relaxed, informal atmosphere whilst maintaining the high standards and reputation of the venue so experience in a similar environment is preferable.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a gastro-pub or traditional pub as General Manager and also have experience in new-openings or a venue that has undergone refurbishment/expansion. As part of this role you will be involved in all aspects of running the venue, staffing, rotas. This is a hands-on role so to be considered you will need to be passionate about working in the Hospitality sector and dedicated to working with a great company.

There is an opportunity for a management couple in this venue and my client can offer accommodation for suitable applicants.
