Financial Controller required with Hotel experience, Bournemouth. Salary £40,000 – £45,000pa

Our client a large Bournemouth based Hotel Group are recruiting for a Financial Controller. You will need Hotel/Hospitality background and ideally a strong understanding of the F & B side of the operation.

Working closely with the GM you will ensure that all accounting records are maintained accurately. You will Manage a small finance team, prepare weekly sales forecasts, monthly profit and loss account with analysis and comparison to budget/highlighting variances, assist with annual budget process and forecasting, assisting departmental managers with control of costs, adherence to all internal and external audit requirements, monitor outstanding debts.

As the Financial Controller you will need to be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified By Experience with hospitality/hotel finance experience gained at a similar level. Ideally you will have knowledge of hotel finance/PMS systems.
