Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager

Salary: £18,000+ per annum DOE
Our client, a prestigious hotel set in a stunning rural location are looking to recruit an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager to join their team. A quintessential English property which attracts clientele from across the UK to take advantage of the fantastic facilities, including the events and conference facilities.
Due to the popularity of the venue, an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager is required to assist with managing the team, whether in training or recruitment, including permanent and temporary staff. This role requires an experienced candidate due to the volumes of events and conferences taking place throughout the year, and experience within a 4* hotel environment is essential as customer service and satisfaction is of the highest importance. Other key requirements of the role include but are not limited to:
A pro-active approach
Excellent team leader/supervisor experience
Development and training of the C&B team
To be considered for the role you will need previous, recent experience as an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager or Conference and Banqueting Supervisor in a 4 or 5* hotel. This is an excellent opportunity and interviews will be held on site near Basingstoke.
Due to the location of the venue, own transport is required.
