Chartered Building Surveyor- 602/13
Location: Southampton/ Bournemouth
Would you like to work for a well-respected construction consultancy?
As a building surveyor already you will be working in construction, property development and civil engineering and be able to join a vibrant building surveying team. They specialise in offering clients a wide range of services from project management, quantity surveying and building surveying through to the resolution of construction claims.
• This role will suit you if you are already Chartered (RICS) qualified, or you have 2-3 years post qualification experience and will be endeavouring to undertake your APC in the near future.
• You must have strong communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal) and are happy complying written reports for clients.
• You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
• You must be able to work under pressure to meet client’s deadlines on construction projects.
