REF 1103/2 – WINCHESTER
Our client a well respected consultancy in Construction, property and civil engineering is looking to add to their team. They are looking for another Chartered Building Surveyor.
They offer a wide range of services from project management, quantity surveying and building surveying through to the resolution of construction claims.
To be considered for this role you must be a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will have at least 15 years post qualification experience and the following areas of specialism:
Preparation of defects reports
Preparation of schedules of work and specification writing
In addition, you must be a good team player, have excellent customer facing skills and be able to manage and direct junior members of the team.
