French Customer Service Advisor  – 231/4

                                                                               

Are you native French or fluent in French?  I have a fantastic customer service position available in a friendly and fun office.

If you are passionate about customer services and like to go above and beyond with supporting customers then this is the company for you.

 

Location:   Wimborne

Hours:        Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week in the hours of 8:30am till 5:30pm

Salary:         £19,767.60

Languages:  French

Responsibilities:

  • Support our stockists in all aspects of the ordering process.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to relationship management, ensuring stockist needs are understood, fulfilled and communicated across the business.
  • Demonstrate a sale through service methodology and apply commercial acumen.
  • Promote the company and the product with passion.
