Bar Manager
Poole, Dorset
Full Time, Permanent (45hrs per week)
Salary: £17,000 per annum

Our client, a fantastic venue in Poole, Dorset, is looking for a Bar Manager to join their team. The venue offers a relaxed but quality experience which is perfectly complimented by being situated by the beautiful Dorset coast line.

This role will be ideally suited to an individual who is passionate about all aspects of Bar Management as has held a position as Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager in their current or previous role. The successful candidate will responsible for managing all aspects of the bar including but not limited to stock control, cellar management, new menu implementations and staffing.

To be considered for this role you will be:

Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customer
Passionate and dedicated
Have previous relevant experience

Immediate interviews are offered on location in Poole, Dorset for the role of Bar Manager.
