Our client, a luxurious hotel based in the beautiful New Forest, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within Food and Beverage is a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager position or be in a supervisory position looking to take a step up. The preferred candidate will have experience within a 4* setting and be focused on providing excellent service and exceeding expectations.
This role will include working alongside the Restaurant Manager and in line with other HODs to ensure the smooth running of the dining environment. An excellent benefits package accompanies a great salary.
